Convenient tank exchange
I'd like to personally thank the entire Culligan of NWA site team for their substantial assistance with ensuring our laboratory remained operational during a period of water system outage. Specifically Jaci at the front desk with her personable and understanding attitude and Josh in receiving for providing the muscle when loading as much as 60 gallons of DI water multiple times over the last several weeks. While we may not need their services any longer, they are certainly my first thought if the need ever arises again.
The service technician, Geraldo, was terrific. He was professional and experienced and explained the system in a way we could understand.
We have also been pleased with scheduling service .
That said, the Clearlink part of our system is not a strong reflection on the Culligan Last name removed. We have had 3 service calls related to it.
