I appreciate the water. The delivery service could use more refinement. There should also be a system to switch out the water cooler every 6 months or so, for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance.

Dave was fantastic. The installation was done on time and in a friendly, efficient manner. The salt was more expensive than I had expected as the person who set up the rental said that salt was $11.55 per bag and I was charged $13.90.

Early in our relationship, we had an RO system that wasn't operating consistently. Culligan's team worked diligently to fix the problem, and once they determined a "fix" wasn't an option, they quickly replaced the entire unit.
