I appreciate the health benefits of the filtered water. We opt to participate in the Preferred Customer program, paying monthly for annual system inspection and replacement filters. We recently benefited from this program with the replacement of the faucet, covered by the program. The technician was efficient and knowledgeable. The service was exactly on time and well done.
