I have the salt delivered and the delivery person pours it into the tank for me. That is so helpfulnot that I can no longer lift 40 pounds of salt. It is also helpful to have it scheduled so I do not have to remember to buy it on a regular basis.
I have an annual service check and the technitions have been very informative.

The water is great and the service is dependable. My only suggestion is send the billing out sooner. When I get the bill I sometimes only have a few days to handle it. A little more advanced notice would be nice.

person is very punctual, kind, and professional. I love the water. It’s very fresh tasting. I usually can taste an oily substance in most bottled water, but that is not the case with Culligan water. Thank you.

I love the product! I’ve always had wonderful service. Just one bit of advice: when your service agents come to service product, it would be nice if they left some type of correspondence that they had been to my home. If I’m at work, I never know if they have been in my home.
