I appreciated that you came to my home when it appeared that water was leaking from the Culligan container. As you suspected, the water was actually coming from the water heater which was directly behind it. I have since replaced the water heater.
Your people left 3 rags to blot up water. I have washed and dried those rags. I am leaving them on top of the Culligan salt bin. Your rep can pick them up the next time you deliver salt. My bin is still almost half full. I probably will not need another delivery till July. I don't use much hot water. I wash my clothes and linens in cold water.

Well, I can call and get service, maybe not always get everything done like it needs but I try. Now I am purchasing a new water softener and having it installed tomorrow and not going to lease a softener anymore. I hope when I need it serviced, you can do it quickly. The gentleman that came to service the old softener is also the one installing the new one tomorrow. He was informative and helpful. Answered my questions.
