Products do o their job
When I signed up the salesman told me I would be paying close to what I was paying. The way it was set up I payed full price when I received a new tank. Usually from April thru November. From December thru March I payed just the rental which at that time was $17.00/month. The reason was because I am seasonal and did not come up that often. I like the job that the system is doing but I feel that the winter months I shouldn't have to pay full price. I would think a company that treated me right in the beginning would take care of their customers

I don't have to carry 40 or 50 lb bags down the steps for my softener. I also don't have to empty those bags into the softener.

Culligan of Geneva is local so I know they will be there for me whenever I need them.They have the parts that might be needed.. They installed the system and know what they are doing. I like their follow-up service. I have confidence in their personal interest in my having a system that works and meets my particular needs.
We like our water softener, and reverse osmosis drinking water. The Tech that came to our house recently was very nice, and great at explaining things, and was very competent in his job. The guy that delivers our salt is very friendly. We are happy with Culligan.
