Service guys were great, came for a specific reason (replace the electrical power adapter), had the part the truck! Knew what they were doing, freindly, but not in your face; when I asked questions both service guys were very knowledgeable, answered all questions thoroughly, pointed out what I need to look for, how to maintain the equipment, how to set the Regeneration time etc.
Was very impressed by the 2 Service technicians.
These 2 guys are why I would call Culligan again for service rather than a cheaper company!

I liked Kayla; her professionalism made me feel like I was dealing with good company. The water is the water serial source for purified water. I wish you had a spring water option like Sierra Springs. But so far, your service has been great, and being treated respectfully was and is a hold on me. But the spring water may be an upcoming switch
