Excellent product and services. The only thing I can see that needs some improvement is the communication between whatever changes that are made on the online delivery schedule in what products and the quantity of products being changed and the actual delivery. When I make changes to the delivery schedule thru the website in the product or total, it does not always take, even if the changes were made several days in advance of the delivery. I have been told in order to make sure the changes have been made, that I need to call the office to confirm. What's the sense in doing it online if I have to call the office to confirm. If I make changes to the delivery schedule thru the website (especially if it is several days prior to the delivery), it should register.
