My daughter has been struggling with math for the past several years. So we decided to try Mathnasium. The reviews I read were fantastic not only at the Decatur location, but all over the country. That said a lot to me about what type of company it is. Then a friend of mine told me both her kids went and they LOVED it. I was thinking " Really? They LOVE it? Right. Since I had already looked into Marhnasium a couple of years ago, but we couldn't afford it at the time, I knew that now was the time to put her in it. Sam, the owner has been great. I see him there working with the kids. Chase is very nice and great with the kids too. After the first session I asked my daughter how it was hand she said she actually liked it. REALLY? You LIKED it? She had been 12 times in the last month and not once did she hesitate to go, in fact most if the time she asked to go. I can definitely tell a difference in her confidence right away. She is so excited when she gets her card stamped. Great job Mathnasium!! I couldn't recommend them enough.
My daughter says I should have brought her there a long time ago. Her confident in math and science has improved . Wish we had started her earlier in the program . She states the tutors there explain math the best. She has used teachers, private tutors , online tutoring programs and this thus far has been the best . She performs better with the one on one interaction in small groups of up to 4 kids. The repetition performance of the skills seal the deal for her as well. When she understands a concept well she will fly through the worksheets. When she doesn't that when you can tell she has not mastered the subject and need additional assistance. My daughter has been attending Mathnasium for a month. Her desire for math has increased. I’ve also noticed a change in her attitude, she’s more confident.
It has been over two years since our daughter brought home a report card with an “A” in math until today. Thank you Mathnasium.
She used to say “she hates math”. In response to her “A” on the report card she shrugged and said “I am a Math Expert”.
This is the best run Mathnasium I have ever experienced. Weather your child is a bit behind or in need of strengthening their skills this is the place to go!

So far so good!! My daughter is understanding math better than she ever has. She loves how Mathnasium interprets math in a way that she can understand. I have seen a slight improvement in her scores in her algebra class. She has only been at Mathnasium a month but I can definitely tell a difference in her confidence when it comes to math. I’m absolutely positive that her grade will improve drastically by the end of the semester. Great staff! Friendly and they really care about the children’s well being!
Wish you guys would separate the smaller kids more so the older kids can get more focused attention. Its distracting to older kids when they can get more done with a focused tutor.
Tutors work well with Peter, and managers are always available to answer questions.
We've been attending for a while. The school results have improved because of the work at Mathnasium. It's been a good experience and we recommend it.

We have had a great experience for our daughter over the past 2 years. She loves the teachers and has benefitted greatly from attending. Although she is not struggling in math and is currently in an advanced math setting in high school, she continues to attend as it helps her to stay on top of her challenging curriculum. She is able to brush up on math skills as well as receive help with homework and advanced math concepts. We have been very happy with the owner and staff who are very responsive and committed.

Really good tutors, flexible scheduling. good for kids who are ahead and want to get further or behind and want to catch up!
My child was having difficulties in 9th grade algebra right at the start of the school year last year. We started Mathnasium about 5 weeks after the start of her math class when we saw she was failing. Fast forward to today at the start of 10th grade and she is averaging B+ in algebra, I contribute this directly to Mathnasium. We continue to be enrolled in the program and she actually looks forward to her sessions, the instructors are great. We love Mathnasium!
