The job (sofa cleaning) was done thoroughly and the technician was on time, polite and helpful. He gave me cleaning tips, worked efficiently, was friendly but not overly familiar. My sofas were left in perfect condition and the price was reasonable. I have used ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo before and I have been happy with the result every time.
The tech(Mike) who cleaned our couch was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was also very personable, and willing to share information to help us and in his words, "make his job easier" in the future.

Mike provided the knowledge about carpets and cleaning that helped me to understand the maintenance process that I need to follow in the future.
I liked the ease of scheduling an appointment to work with my schedule and the friendliness of the technician who cleaned the carpets.

The cushions we brought in were discussed with your personnel by phone and when I dropped them off regarding mildew. The mildew was removed but stains remained so the job in our judgment was unsatisfactorily performed, yet we receive a modest reduction in the price. We will not plan to utilize your services again as we should have been "warned" that this condition might exist following cleaning.

Prompt service and Mike was very professional. He did the work quickly, explained what he did, and did a good job. Carpet was not "soaking wet" after he was done as some other cleaning services have left it.

THE STAINS CAME OUT AFTER THE FIRST CLEANING, SOMETHING TOTALLY NEW TO ME WITH A CLEANING COMPANY. I WISH NOW THAT I WOULD HAVE HAD THE CARPETS SCOTCH-GARDED BECAUSE I WAS EXPECTING TO HAVE THEM CLEANED AGAIN IN A MONTH. ALSO WISH I WOULD HAVE USED SERVICE MASTER YEARS AGO!!
WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT WORKING ON CLEANING THE CARPETS. OTHER SERVICES ARE IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES FOR 3 ROOMS, WITH MANY STAINS STILL IN THE CARPET. WE HAD NO FURNITURE IN THE HOME TO WORK AROUND AND YET YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS STILL THERE 2 HOURS LATER. THE TIME AND ATTENTION HE SPENT WILL HAVE ME REFERRING AND USING YOUR COMPANY FOR YEARS TO COME!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH A JOB WELL DONE!
The carpet that he was cleaning was absolutly disguesting. Mike W. got those carpets looking like they are brand new.
