Arrived on time, moved furniture and replaced it, did a very
thorough cleaning. Also spot cleaned areas that needed it.

The tech was very professional, kind and hard working! A great rep for your business!
I didn't think enough attention was given to the stains in the carpet. I was under the impression that the technician would pre-treat the stains with a substantial cleaner and then go over the rug. He didn't seem to spend much time in the pre-treat stage and the stains in the carpet showed little difference after the cleaning. I had also told both the office manager and the technician that there was a bedroom with a significant stain and if the tech didn't think the stain could be removed I didn't want him to clean that area, we would just replace the carpet. He cleaned the room anyway and the stain is still very significant.
First of all we have always had great service and the carpets always look awesome after they are cleaned. I was hesitant to think of anyone but Rich cleaning our carpets. It was difficult the first time after he passed away to have another tech come in - but Mike Woody not only does my residential carpet cleaning but our office carpet cleaning. He is polite, does a great job and I so appreciate his attitude and knowledge of what he is doing. Thanks to Mike and ServiceMaster for doing an excellent job! Would never use anyone else.
I called the wednesday before Thanksgiving and they took my request for Friday. On time. Rep was courteous and helpful. Did a great job.
