We responded to Ron & Karen by sending a copy of the services we provide and offered to have our estimator come and give them a free estimate for any services they desire.
more attention to detail on the job
Prompt appointment, arrived at stated time. Mike was absolutely the nicest and most professional in-home service agent I have ever had in my home. The cleaning of my tired,old, and honsestly filthy carpet was superb!
I like the process of how you clean- spray on the cleaning solvent then rinse with hot water- as you know others put their cleaning product in with the water so not able to remove all the residue.
The technician was very nice and made an extra effort to do a nice job for me.
We would never use any service other than ServiceMaster for our cleaning needs. They are prompt, very helpful and their workers are friendly and get the job done in the alotted time period.

The young man that came to my house was very friendly and courteous. I really liked that he put some protection on my banister to prevent scratches from the hoses as he worked downstairs, I have not seen that before. He worked quickly yet it seemed like he did a great job.
We have moved to Warsaw, Indiana and had ServiceMaster clean our carpets and windows at our home in Battle Creek, MI. When my mom visited the house after it had been cleaned she mentioned that several of the windows had not been fully cleaned (there were spots around the corners and edges that were still dirty), there were some streaks on the windows, and several of the screens looked like they hadn't been fully cleaned.
Roger called back to say he looked over the house and felt if wasn't as bad as the relative had said. He felt it was good enough and thanked us for our help.

Drew was a very nice young man. The one room looks good but still stinks and the other bedroom the stain right by the door is just as bad as it was before. Downstairs the urine smell is still strong which I wasnt sure would go away. Where the well pump is that was never touched.... I was told that sporicidin (not sure on the spelling)helps with pet odors. The funny thing is that the person who told me that got the info from your company. So I am really surprised that you didn't use this on my carpets.

Nothing. The carpet looks great and I was very happy with the time it took to clean it. It was very wet and it took a while to dry. If the day hadn't been so hot and dry, it would have taken a couple days.
technician was friendly but professional and worked hard to get my carpeting as clean as he could.
Mike was exceptionally knowledgeable on the cleaning process and chemicals being used. His knowledge assured me that the job was being done correctly. Excellent job. Excellent results. Very Professional.
The quality of the cleaning of our house was not worth the amount of money charged. I felt that the value of the services equaled about half of the fee charged. From the quality of the work done and the way that corners were cut, I would guess that this company does mainly commercial work, where the clients don't look at the quality of the work that closely and don't actually live in the buildings being cleaned, such as landlords.
Minium charge if I brought cushion in - the smell is still there! Thought they told me it was an easy fix even when I showed them the spot! Please contact me - thank you!
6/22/12 Called customer to explain to her that her cushion was oversized, we had put in our hydroxal both of which normally would be charged extra for. Although it was explained to her when she brought cushion in that we could clean it but could not guarantee. We would be glad to reclean if she wanted to bring it back.
The technician did a very good job answering all my questions and explaining about what he was doing and where. He was very knowledgeable. I had furniture and carpets cleaned.
Nice employees and can take care of things I can no longer do, due to physical changes.
I had a super soiled light colored carpet. all the stains did not come out. The sales lady stated that they have "magic" in their arsenal of cleaning carpets. She stated that "you would be amazed." I am not complaining, because I that you probably would not be able to get all the stains out of that carpet.

Great professional job
Service Master is very user friendly. I had never used their services before and needed to shop around before making a decision on where to have my area rug cleaned. My questions regarding service were completely and immediately answered when I called. I knew how long it would take to clean my rug as well as how much it would cost. Everyone I dealt with ~ from the initial phone call to final pick up ~ was most curteous, knowledgable, efficient and friendly.
The person who came to clean was extremely friendly and offered advice about cleaning other things in the house.
Mike was timely, courteous, and professional. He answered all questions asked, and pointed out previous actions I had taken (spot clean-up) and their effects on my carpet. He went the extra distance to make sure that the job was not just done, but that it was done well.
Careful of private things, on time, timely as to when we want something done, do a thorough job.
Would like to see a list of services and their costs. ie: per room sq. or sq. ft. =$
