Easy, efficient, and affordable way to get my home ready for the holidays.
I thought everyone was very helpful n professional however when a customer is willing to pay over $100 for 1 appliance to be cleaned i would xpect it to look as clean as $100 job would. Yes we pay for someone else to do a job we simply dont want to do however its a job that "anybody"can do. Your company specializes is cleaning so I would have expected the quality of work to be worth someone who earns over $50 per hour bc he was here for 2 hrs. Instead I was given simply someone that was willing to just clean it compared to a great clean. If you want to be a successful company you must provide a service that is better than what a regular person is capable of. After he left I patiently took out the time to go into the smaller areas wher ther has been yrs of grease and build up n i used a knife to get it all out. How can I have a more useful set of tools to use then he? How can I be willing to take out the time to pay attention to the smaller areas n not him? If I can charge over $100 to ppl to do a regular old clean then I should quit my job rite now and go clean ovens at $50 an hour. I apprecite your company's work however i was not "wowed" and bc of that I unfortunatley would not call your company back again or refer u. If someone ever asked me a good place to call to clean their oven, id give them my number before yours. I know this feedback may sound too straight forward however I hope it helps you better improve your business and set you apart from the rest.

I had an associate take pictures of the area that was worked on by ServiceMaster of Allentown. There are thin lines of the adhesive material trailing from the larger spill that were never addressed. The main spill is better but not completed. There are still areas of adhesive visible. I sent an email to the customer service associate at ServiceMaster of Allentown asking if they were going to do any more out at that location and have not received a response. I did, however, receive an invoice for the work that was done. I am not sure I'm going to address the invoice until I hear if they are going to complete the work that is remaining.
Very professional and careful with their equipmet
It was nice that I didn't have to use my electric for this; they had their own generator.
so far it looks like most of are spots in the carpet are perty well gone. Won't know for sure until carpet is completle dry. Price was a little high but you are the professionals
Big George was our technician. He was very knowledgeable of the products that he was about to use on our carpets. He was very professional and friendly and completed the job in a very timely manor. We were very pleased With the job he did. Would recommend your company's services to our friends and family. Thank you and thank George again he left the house looking and smelling great!
Jose who did the estimate, was a delightful young man. Our 1920's garage was SOOOOOO bad when he saw it, I wish he would stop by and see the finished building now that junk has been removed, concrete flooring poured, walls painted AND the original beams with ORIGINAL DIRT cleaned...the latter performed by 2 capable Servicemaster employees. The estimate suggested dry vacuuming, but the gentlemen quickly told me they would be using a wet method to clean the beams and prevent mold formation...at no additional charge!!! Now I feel like I have a new garage! Thank you Servicemaster folks for your part in the transformation!
