Instructors keep the classes challenging but fun at the same time. They also take a personal interest in your progress. Studios are modern and clean. Liam, Nick, Kaseem and Rebecca are all great.

I loved this place! I do Class Pass and have been doing a lot of Pilates classes, which I love, but missed and needed somewhere where I could sweat and burn more calories. This was perfect. I loved the welcoming I received when I walked in, the tour, and the way everything was organized. Christian was amazing! He asked all of us questions about our health and also shared some great pointers with us. The entire class he was pushing us and motivating us to go for it. It was exactly what I needed. I loved the treadmill/weights rotation. I definitely will be back and will recommend it!

I loved that the class I took (Extreme Burn), it really pushed me to new lengths. I did not even realize how much strength I had.

The coach was amazing. We loved how encouraging he was and how he counted down the seconds so everything seemed manageable. Loved it!
class availability. one hour of real exercise and work. My only complaint is that some instructors play the music too loud and my ears ring when I leave.
