I love workout classes. At 49 years old, I've tried just about everything. So many studios disappoint. There's an art to structuring a great workout class. Burn 60 nails it. The people coming out of the studio always look so fit, which is a testament to the method. I am incredibly sore, two days (now) after the class. I think I used muscles that have never been used. I couldn't necessarily keep up with the pace of the class, but I feel inspired to come back and try again. GREAT class -- enthusiastic teacher -- fantastic parking/location -- immaculate studio -- super helpful guy at the front desk. AAA!
Superb training and immaculate facility plus friendly, knowledgeable and helpful front desk staff make for the best gym experience around. And I also want to say the Right Guard in the restrooms is far superior to Axe body spray. Thank you
Everything. But as I always say. Just wish the floors were more sweat friendly. And the shape of the towels are funny :). Just being honest

Nice equipment. Clean. Location is convenient. Good workout. I liked my instructor- Katie Jo- very knowledgeable about injuries. Used to love doing DAVID's classes but he's been gone a while. Had another instructor there (Keith or Kevin) but I didn't care for him too much.

Great Instructors!
My instructor, Sean, was amazing. His bright and motivating presence helped me to work hard and have fun. He is also very good at explaining the objective of each exercise and the correct form. The facilities are always clean and well organized.
Location
Trainers are nice and push you. Studio is always clean. I like that the studio provides towels and phone chargers and filtered water. I also like how sometimes there are free snacks on your way out. It's a great workout!

It's one of the few workouts that really challenges me. I genuinely feel depleted after class but it a good way. I've seen noticeable differences in my fitness level and with my endurance when it comes to running. Basically I've seen the most results with this versus anything else.
