I had been looking for parts all over San Antonio Tx and couldn’t find them so a guy from holt cat told me about you and sure enough I walked in your store and the two gentleman there got me what I need in about 1 min. Awesome service and professional people.

They went above and beyond to help me after I went to one store and was turned away Hydradyne didnt have what I needed but quickly ordered it and made the hoses up for us.

We have worked with Hydradyne Miami since March of 2018. Duringt that time, Javier Tejada has been the gold standard for support and knowledge. If he's unavailable, either Rick or Juan step in. Everyone there is friendly and transparent. They're one of Parkers most valuable dealers.

Ricky went the extra mile to find a cylinder repair kit we were looking for, and to get the parts breakdown of the kit to be sure it had what we needed in it. He was very helpful, prompt, and courteous. When I picked up the part, I was impressed with how clean and well organized the store front is. Kudos to your entire staff!
