Rick was very helpful getting parts that I could not get anywhere not even from the actual manufacturer that said it wasn't taking new customers. It was a breeze to order these parts from Rick who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend people to give him a call when ordering hydraulic parts

My machine has been down for 4 weeks now. The manufacturer of the machine couldn’t render any help. Other then selling me a new orbiter. I talked to one of your technicians and gave him the part number on the orbiter itself. And received the parts I needed in 4 days. And should get the orbiter back from the Hyd shop tomorrow 3/30/23 and should be up and running by the end of this week. You guys are simply awesome !!

When I called I didn't have a part number for what I needed, only a description. The sales person helping me found the correct part and had it shipped to me in just a few days. That was much faster than I expected.

website is easy to use, but very slow

have had difficulty getting statements emailed to the correct email address - we have requested the email address be updated several times and we have received confirmations that they received our request and it has been updated, but the next month the statement continues to go to our vice president of operations and he forwards it to us with another request to get his email address removed. This is the only issue we have had, but it has been frustrating.
