My carpets look like new, and smell great

The crew is able to remove pet stains, wear stains. Carpet looks like new. They also pick or vacuum all the water so the carpet drys in hours, not like days with other rug cleaners. used them again and again for years. Great for spring cleaning

My technician was Stephan. He explained the process and my options and answered all questions. He was thorough in the cleaning. I love the zerorez process. Carpet looks and feels great - no musty after smell and packing down. Great how quickly carpet “dried”. Impressed with how previously stubborn spots completely disappeared. I really appreciated how he listened to me and did not try to oversell products or processes.

ZeroRez is the 3rd carpet cleaning service I have tried. I needed some serious cleaning at a rental property where I had a mess, including cat odor (pretty bad). Stephen was my tech, he arrived on time, was very polite, and took the time to see the house and ask my concerns. He was knowledgeable and honest about the cat issue. He also explained their process, and what products he was going to use. I can say, he took a good amount of time and put a lot of effort into cleaning all the carpets. He even asked me to come look and help him see if there was anything missed, and showed me a couple of spots that he was not sure exactly what had caused a stain that did not quite come out (I could barely see anything). He did redo the one bedroom that had the worst of the cat urine odor, and while it is better, we both agreed that the carpet in the closet would need to be replaced. Oh, I forgot to mention, he was able to show me with blacklight where all the urine stains were. I would highly recommend ZeroRez, I plan to use them in the future. Thanks Stephen for your hard work!
