The cleaning process was great. From the time Paul walked in the door, it was awesome.
We barely got to this, however, because the call center is one of the worst EVER. I had to call corporate office to get a return call! It was horrible customer svc on the phone from beginning to end. I was ready to go elsewhere so it's just really surprising we actually made this happen. You need to change something significant about the call-in process to MATCH the great svc on the end. Thank you.

Fast, effecient
The floor tile and grout looked amazing! A little pricey but well worth it. We have six dogs and the grout was really bad! Also, what really appealed to me was that I thought I remembered the radio ad saying it was owned and operated by veterans. I asked the technician about this though and he didnt know anything about that. I recommended zerorez to my neighbor and she is using them next week.
