Client Testimonials
The product is everything you advertise and more. The service was outstanding, Jordan was the young man who came to my home. Initially I was going for the basic three rooms and free tile deal. Then I added an area rug. Then I added the duct work cleaning, then I added the couch. Jordan never blinked an eye. He would stop what he was doing and talk me thru my wish list and took care of everything I ask. Polite, courteous, informed and willing to share his knowledge. Makes me believe he believes in the product, has studied same (not just a hire off of the street with a machine) and is willing to share. Jordan is awesome. The product is awesome. I very much recommend Zerorez.
Prompt, courteous.
Good job
job will none
Tile looks fantastic
My carpets look fantastic and my shower cleaning went great as well!
On time, efficient, good value, no surprises.
Loved the chemical free products used to clean our rug and carpet. Our serviceman did a great job and worked hard to ensure we were pleased with the job he did for us.
We were very happy with the results!! My new residence has tile downstairs that we would like a quote on as well
great customer service and good products job well done
Prompt service, very professional and kept me updated on progress. The work that was done was great we are very have with our clean floors.
No harsh chemicals, pretty friendly, fast drying time.
The service was excellent ...... The results were so much better than my expectations! The rep. JORDAN was very polite and pleasant ..... explained the process very well!!! I would actually give him a much higher score that a "10" --- I would give him a 15+
Thank you for making my 12 year old carpet look new again !!
carpet came clean!!! paul was great !!!
very friendly, and fast. While they were late to my house, due to weather and other delays, they didn't make it seem like an inconvenience. They called me to keep me informed which made it easier for me to plan ahead.
The customer service was great. He came in and explained everything, did a sample cleaning to determine what he would need to do to ensure our carpets were thoroughly cleaned and then got to work. He ensured that his service was to our satisfaction. Now, 2 weeks after the cleaning out carpets still look great even with 3 kids and 2 dogs! Walking on the carpet after the cleaning is soft, unlike when I’ve had other companies clean it.
Quick cleaning and great customer service!!
Pleased with the job done. Service person was very good and professional
Love the technician that came out to the house (very pleasant & professional) and love the end results!!! Very pleased with the whole process. Thank you!
Happy Customer from Pflugerville
They really got my carpets clean. I've had other cleaners in and they did not do the job that 0 Rez did. Scheduling difficulties but they worked hard to make it up to me. Would definitely use again.
I love smell and look of my carpets, they look brand new again. The fibers are lifted instead of packed down from traffic. They stayed in contact with me about arrival time.
The courtesy of Mitchell, the price, and equally important, the type of non-residue cleaning process used by Zerorez. Thank you.
My carpets look great, and the technician was very kind.
We are pleased with the look of our tile and the cleanliness of our grout - they look like new! Also the carpet we had cleaned looks great. The stains are gone and we're happy with it. We enjoyed the over all experience with Zerorez from scheduling to cleaning with the added bonus of a very likeable and knowledgable employee doing the actual work at our house.
Very thorough work! Great explanation of the process. When will my rugs be returned?
I was very happy with my service. The guys were very prompt and got the job done quickly. I was very concerned about some dog pee that was in my carpet and they made sure that I knew all of the options and that I was happy with my cleaning before they left. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and family.
Quality and chemical free
My experience with Zerorez was excellent from the first contact through the on-site cleaning. The staff was professional and polite and competent!
The system was one i had hoped for for decades- deep cleaning without leaving soap residue which has traditionally caused new dirt and grime to collect on cleaned carpet fibers. And, though time will tell, we got the immediate cleaning results hoped for and promised plus the carpet and tile grout has a brightness not seen for many years- this office carpet tile was installed in 2004, 14 years old, and it came out remarkably well.

Great job. Only thing is the quote over the phone was WAY off. I understand only being able to give a ballpark on the phone but the final quote was more than double. But the rugs do look nice. Thanks
Enjoyed meeting both of the young men who cleaned the house. I spoke with Ben and he answered all my questions and educated me about the zerores system. I would definitely recommend this company and the education they give to their employees.
