Carpet was a big concern but the stains are nearly gone and hard to tell if you don't know. Tile/grout lines came out clean. Got the results we wanted.
I have nothing but good reports about your method of cleaning. This last cleaning, there was an issue with the date they were coming. I had them coming on Friday. We had gotten an email that morning telling us what to do before they arrived that day between 2-5 pm. No one showed up that day. Then we got a call on Saturday around noon saying they were through with their previous home and wanted to know if we were available. They came then and the young men were very nice, but they had us on their schedule for Saturday.
