Fast, professional, and beautiful results. I also liked that they use a special kind of water, or treated water, instead of carpet shampoo, helps with long term results! The lady who scheduled our appointment was extremely nice, professional, and was able to answer all my questions!
The whole process was a breeze and the results were amazing. There was no heavy handed upsale and they did exactly what they said they would. Highly recommend!

My only complaint would be that after the tile dried there was white residue on the tile. I steam cleaned the tile again with just water assuming it was left over solution. Although that got most of it, it was still there. Can you let me know what is the best way to get that removed from the tile?

Aidan was awesome! He arrived at our home, observed our carpets with us, explained his process, pricing matched the quote I was given at the time I scheduled the appointment, and he did such a thorough job getting our carpets cleaned - including our stairs! This was our second time using Zerorez and we were very pleased. Drying time was just as he said and our carpets feel like new! Thank you Aidan for doing such a great job!!

No came in, and was very thorough with the floor cleaning. He was also extremely nice.
The guys were very personable and paid special attention to the spots we pointed out. I liked that they offered to come back out if some spots "popped" back up after the carpets dried. And when some did, all it took was a quick phone call for them to schedule coming back out!
