..efficient and effective

We have used Zerorez once a year for four years now, and for the last three, we’ve been lucky enough to have Kyle take care of us. From a customer’s perspective, he is the gold standard of service. He’s the reason we keep coming back; it is rare to find someone who balances such technical hard work with a truly outstanding and trustworthy attitude. He is a master craftsman in this business and really understands our needs. When he visited today, the first thing he said was, "Hey the carpet looks good! You guys been happy with it?" He remembered that our previous cleaning was a really difficult job resulting from an unfortunate loss of a pet. He restored our two year old carpet to brand new and it has stayed looking that way. Of course we were happy with our Zerorez service! That's why we specifically requested Kyle for today!

Kyle is consistently upbeat, professional, punctual, solution-oriented, and treats our home with the utmost respect. Having him as our 'regular' technician provides such peace of mind because we know the results will be perfect every single time. If Zerorez bases their employee evaluations on dedication and customer retention, Kyle deserves the highest marks possible. He is an absolute asset to the team—if you want the job done right, ask for Zerorez and if you can ask specifically for Kyle!

In time, professional, great communication, and quality work.

On time and did a great job

Reasonably priced and they do a good job. I've used them for both carpet and tile grout, and they're equipment and chemicals did a great job with both.

Our carpets and kitchen tile look and feel so great! Antonio did such a great job and is so friendly! I have already recommended him to my parents and to a neighbor.

I’m very pleased with how well it was cleaned and the technician was very good!

Great price great service.employee Gerardo!

I like knowing my rugs and tile are clean with good equipment and that I didn’t have to do it myself.

Tech who came was the best one we have had over the years--Ben! He listened when I said that the carpet had been left way too wet in the past, and that was not the case this time. He gave us a price break on the pet treatment, as we would not have done it otherwise as it would have added too much to the overall cost. He made suggestions on other services, but was not pushy. We were happy with the job, and will request Ben in the future!

Rug is clean. Thx!!

It showed me that DIY isn't for everything. The tile floor looks new. Given that the carpet had not been cleaned before, the results from a basic service were better than expected. The technician (Colby W) did a great job.

As advertised no residue and gets most stains out of carpet

Great service, on time and fast

Our service was great! Our technician talked us through the process and worked so fast and efficiently. It was super easy to set up the service as well. All around great experience. Would highly recommend zerorez and would use them again in the future for other services as well.

I was very pleased AGAIN with the service that I received from your company. This is the third or forth time I have engaged your company and do not plan to ever use anyone else. The gentleman that came was friendly and did a thorough job. Wish I could remember his name to give him extra praise.

My carpet is getting old, but when he leaves, it looks great. Thank you for your service.

Setting up an appointment was so easy. Our Zerorez service man was the BEST - he contacted me as promised, could not have been more polite on the phone or in person. He was efficient and provided just the kind of carpet cleaning I needed. I hope that when I contact Zerorez for my next cleaning needs (and there WILL be a next time, he can help me out. Thank you Zerorez for delivering just what you advertise.
