It was easy to schedule. I like making arrangements with a human being, rather than just online. I get to ask questions. Carpet looks great! The carpet cleaner arrived 2 hrs early, which was great for me, but I was not prepared yet. So he helped me move some of the items in one room out of the way so that he could get started. Much appreciated.
