Your tech Stephan was highly competent and professional and the results were excellent. Additionally he taught me how to do minor grout stain/sealing after he convinced me to allow him to reseal the high traffic areas.
This is good to know as even though some areas were clean, the grout was stained and still looked dirty.
This kind of customer service is unheard-of anymore! I will be definitely be recommending ZeroRez to my friends.
