The floors are definitely cleaner. A few sticky spots on the laminate remained after treatment. I'm talking about the kind that you have to get down on your hands and knees and scrape off with an implement spots. The couches are so much cleaner. I'm very pleased with the results.

3. I was able to point out a few difficult areas
4. He was friendly and paid attention to my concerns.
5. He worked thoroughly for about an hour completing 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and living area.
6. He emailed my receipt.
7. He accepted a check payment.
8. The overall appearance improved, but I may need a follow up on one area in the living room.
9. He reminded me that it could take 4 hours to dry.
