I really appreciated the friendliness and integrity of the staff, as well as the comfortable waiting room atmosphere. (I was unaware that my repair needs were covered under my existing warranty, and they called the car manufacturer to check on that and then gave me the name and number to call so that I would not spend money needlessly.) I will definitely be back in the future!

They were very friendly and patiently explained the whole process to me. Though O'Reilly's offers free diagnostic services and Christian Brothers charged for them, Christian Brothers fixed the problem for free! So it was way worth their diagnostic fee. On top of it, the costumer service was superb, which earns them extra points! I will definitely recommend Christian Brothers and will be coming back! :)
Russ & his staff were amazing - they quickly got me in for service despite it being Christmas Eve. They were great at taking the time to explain their opinion after looking at my car and gave me options. They made me feel like a valued customer and it was clear that the customer service was as important as the automotive services they offer.
