Always very friendly, efficient and accommodating.

I was impressed with several things about CBA.

Firstly, they were willing to service my car on short notice. Our dog chewed two of our seatbelts so it was an emergency situation. What a relief to have that safety issue resolved quickly!

Second, everyone was friendly and professional. My daughter and I felt comfortable and relaxed in the waiting area. The owner set a nice tone by engaging all of the customers in conversations. After a few minutes customers were chatting with each other. It really was quite pleasant.

Third, the waiting area and bathroom were clean! The couches were quite comfortable. And the coffee, WI-FI, and reading materials were nice touches.

Finally, we were exceedingly pleased with the installation. The new seatbelts work better than the originals did! CBA offered a courtesy diagnostic check of our car. They pointed out some things that I had been concerned about. There was no pressure to address those issues right away.

As we left my daughter commented, “This was the best automotive shop experience that I’ve ever had!”

It doesn’t matter what my car is in for, all staff makes u feel like you’re the most important customer of the day. They always go out of thief way to help u with whatever you need. I have been taking my car to Tulsa Hills Christian brothers Automotive for several years and I hope they are there for years to come.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I had a lot of questions that they helped me with no problem

They went above and beyond the call of duty! The shuttle program is awesome and very courteous! I left some of my stuff there and they let me in there even after they had locked up already.

We were too poor at the time to approve all of the repairs. We couldn't even afford a battery install. But we appreciate what we did have done (synthetic oil change).

A note to your mechanics: When I took the car to O'Reilly's to get a new battery, they discovered that the positive terminal was loose.

The polite curiosity you expressed to my wife dropped off and picked up our vehicle.

honest and they treated you respect and they found ways to help you pay for repairs, they were about the customer needs and not about the money. i feel they give me an hoest estimate for reapairs ranging from urgent to non urgent matters the decision making upto what i could safely afford

They told me what was going to take place from the beginning. They confirmed what I thought was wrong with my car to actually be what the problem was. They quoted two prices depending on if another typical problem was part of it too. Luckily it was the cheaper quote as I took it to them shortly after I began hearing the whinning noise. Plus they let me know a couple of other items would need attention in the near future. I felt like they were looking out for me the whole time and mot scamming me. I would highly recommend Christian Bros., in Tulsa Hills for all of your automotive work.

Service was excellent.

The preliminary check of car before I had starter replaced, found control arms needed to be replaced. Replacing them finally eliminated crunching & clunking noises that began 2yrs ago and gradually got worse. CBA at Tulsa Hills is keeping my car alive, since I'm on fixed SS income and small IRA. And I really appreciate recognition of veterans. The discount really helps.
