I liked the owner greeting the customers and explaining everything to them; making them feel relaxed about bring their vehicle to them to be worked on. He was extremely considerate and helpful and kind. I also liked the fact that if there was nothing wrong with your vehicle, they told you that and you didn't have to pay extra for something that didn't need to be done.

They diagnosed the issues, made recommendations as to prioritizing the work that was needed and there were zero surprises. Their shuttle service was an invaluable part of the process. They were professional and courteous. They offered to shuttle me back to work or where ever I needed to go. They explained how they operate and even allowed me a payment option so i could afford to fix my car.
