They talk to you and make sure you understand what the issue(s) are and if there are multiple issues what you need to fix now and what can wait until later to fix. They do not try to push any fixes that they feel can wait and be done. They also take the time and explain every question you have in a way that anyone can understand. Highly recommend them!

I felt like everyone at Christian Brothers had my best interest in mind and that no one was trying to needlessly upsell me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge about car repair and maintenance.

They did a pre-purchase inspection, it was very thorough, the tech was very knowledgeable, and they even gave us recommendations and was able to find a problem that we were not even aware of- that the car had been wrecked and airbags had been deployed. Thanks to them we were able to make a more informed decision.
