I love the megareformer! Perfect balance of full body strength training while still forcing my muscles to stretch and challenge their range of motion. After sustaining car accident related injuries, I tend to have pain during high impact workouts but the megareformer has helped me a lot with pain management.
I do private sessions at Studio Lagree. Keelin is simply the best instructor I have ever worked with for any pilates- type workouts, hands- down. Very knowledgeable about the method and always has the right adjustment or modification to make sure I feel each exercise exactly where I should. Can't recommend her enough!

Kaila was an incredible instructor! I will be coming back to her classes for sure. She was welcoming and kind upon my arrival and took the time to explain the machine and the class to me. Her vibrant and positive attitude made the class exciting for everyone.
Meredith was great! She explained everything in detail and provided modifications where needed. I also appreciated that she'd come over and adjust my poses to ensure I was doing them correctly. The class was challenging but was a great workout!

The instructors are fantastic. Especially Dana and Kathy.
I think that some of the reformers are getting “tired” and look like they need to be refurbished. Some of them have pully’s that are no longer aligned.
All in all, I love studio Lagree and tell all of my friends!

Hannah was a great instructor - this was my favorite Studio Lagree class yet! I love that the workout is challenging and you feel powerful. I also appreciate that it isn't a dark room with loud music.

They are so good. In fact when I travel and go to other Lagree classes I am always disappointed because Michaela sets the bar so high.
