it's a great workout. instructors do a good job mixing up their classes. No two classes are the same.
I have limited time in my week to work out and this short commitment, a few times a week, is getting me the results I am looking for. Love this class and love the staff! I finally found a workout that fits my lifestyle, is impactful and I actually enjoy doing!

Today was my first visit to your studio. I appreciated the tutorial video before I started . the instructor did ask if it was my first visit and tried to pay more attention to me in class. Fortunately their was another instructor near by who was guiding me along as well when i got a little stuck. the staff were super friendly and helpful
Awesome workout- literally never been more sore. Used muscles I didn't know existed. Space is clean and staff and instructors are friendly and motivating.

Every time I come from Montreal, I come to Lagree with my sister and I love the studio. This morning, the class was great - the instruction, energy, and music were excellent! Made me want to check out the studio in montreal!
