I took a sculpt class with Maggie and was so impressed, usually I am not a big fan of sculpt but she kept the temperature at the perfect warmth (not too hot) eased into the class instead of just jumping right into the cardio & had a very encouraging tone and instruction. Maggie made sculpt actually feel like yoga, not bootcamp. I was sore for 3 days after!

The staff was very caring and friendly. The atmosphere of the studio was inviting and relaxing. It was clean. I felt very welcomed.

I love how the teachers genuinely want to get to know you and help you reach your fitness goals. I also love how there's so many options for class times, so you can go to whatever fits your schedule.

Great hours for classes. Instructors are all very watchful of each students activities.

The teachers are very well trained and some how know how to blend just enough mental enlightenment (dare I say spiritual 😃) with physical yoga practice....I always leave there feeling better inside and out.

Lots of classes

This was my first Sculpt class and I absolutely loved it. It was the perfect combination of intensity and relaxation. Maggie was so encouraging and positive I felt like I could stay in the room for hours. I can't wait to come back!

It was my first time there and the instructor I had was very good. Great energy and just a great class. Aron was very welcoming and did a great job of making me feel comfortable - even though I do not go to yoga very often and am not very good!
