I love that there are classes from 6am! I love the variety of classes! The teachers are very nice and encouraging! I would like to see CC in the morning time as well as I can never attend the classes.
Focused class, good balance between a mental workout and a good ol' fashioned cardio session, friendly instructors, and impeccably clean facilities.
Great format and I like some of the changes from when I used to be a member, such as black tag members get free admission to workshops vs just having to pay extra.
Classes are fun but hard, and the instructors are great.
The studio is great ! Always clean - staff and teachers are nice!

Ps. I recommend cleaning the bugs out of the overhead lights in the studios

I really like the teachers
I like that there are three studios with various times. would be nice to decrease the amount of students for some classes - some are very crowded and it is disruptive trying to make sure you dont kick someone

Tabu Lerner's classes - amazing instructor, cutting edge, really fun and challenging. Tabu has a great attitude and pushes his classes with just the right amount to pressure and humor. Really wonderful!
The instructors are wonderful - very motivating and encouraging. The facility is comfortable and convenient. It's just a friendly, happy place to spend an hour of my day, and I'm rewarded with better health and fitness. I hope to continue for years to come.
