I live in Carmel Valley and drive to Point Loma to take Tabu's classes. He is the best of the best! I have taken classes with other teachers and am willing to drive for his classes. It is the best one hour work out. He pushes me, and others, to do better because he knows we can. I know each class is going to be new, fun and challenging --- which is what I look for.
The staff is friendly and has great energy. You can tell that they're passionate about what they're doing.

Used to be the premier studio in SD. Men's locker room upgrade was a downgrade. At least put the benches back.
