I have been going to CPY for 10 years now. I love the facilities, the instructors, the variety and the schedules. I am a business owner and work insane hours so to have a choice of classes anytime from 6am to 10pm is convenient for me.
I miss having more hot yoga classes though, there is really only one or two per week now at the studio(s) I frequent.

The studio is clean, the locker rooms are air-conditioned thankfully, and most importantly, the instructors are dedicated, passionate and caring. I attended the sculpt class on Monday night. The instructor Aron was superb! I typically enjoy working out at home but I had such a good time and an amazing workout, I will definitely be coming back!
