Gosh , the male teacher with English accent- David W- at 10 am hot fusion 10 am Saturday class was amazing! He taught us about chakras and wove them into our asanas

He even handed out a beautiful picture of our chakras and what each means !

Raquel greeted me with a beaming smile at 5:30am and then proceeded to liven up our morning with her enthusiasm and passion during sculpt! Wow! It was my first time at Corepower Yoga and I had such a great experience. My friends and I did hot yoga together and it was amazing, the instructor was very professional and relaxing. Had a great time.

I go to 6 different Core Power facilities. While I like all of them, Pt Loma is, by far, my favorite. Facilities are great but it’s the staff that sets them apart. ALL of the instructors are supportive. I feel like I’m cared for when I walk in the door. Love going there. :)

Everything. I like the number and variety of classes. I like the instructors, and I love the energy of the studio. I also appreciate that I can join a friend at another studio, because there are so many options across the city and it's included in my black tag membership.I've been a black tag member for over a decade, primarily practicing at Point Loma, and I'm an advocate.

Great class and awsome instructor! Fast paced and I walked away drenched. I highly recommend the class.

Kathi Vaughn is an incredible instructor. I really enjoy her classes and her positive vibe. The studio was a great temperature and the social distance spacing was adequate to feel safe.
