I love the yoga classes at this studio, especially taking Sarah E's CorePower classes on Monday, as well as, Emily Lynch's Hot Fusion Class on Wednesday evening. I think Emily's HPF is the best one that I have taken. I will continue going to this studio for as long as I live in the area.

I enjoy the no nonsense approach to the classes. You just get right into it and start moving. I really like the instructors they are incredibly encouraging and always push me to do my best.

I always like Sarah's C2 on Sunday mornings. It's very upbeat and you can't help but like Sarah. She's a doll! Thank you, Sarah, for always bringing your best self to class and sharing your yoga knowledge with us. I appreciate you helping us practice the poses correctly too. You're the best!

As a member since 2010, I think I can speak with some experience when I say, I love the studio, the instructors, the heat and the levels of difficulty. I missed it during the pandemic, and it feels like coming home.
