I love all of the instructors, shout out to Angel & Sophie! The themed classes & special classes are my fav, as well as The Sound Collective sound baths.

However, I cannot take HPF at this location, one time I fainted and had to leave because it was way too hot. I have been fine in all other HPFs at different locations, but at this one I find it significantly hotter.

The teachers and the practice! I take mostly C2 and love that it’s mindful and challenging. Instructors are always very happy to help and encouraging. I’m very grateful!

I was visiting from Phoenix & impressed at how welcoming staff was + the size of the studio is huge, compared to my “home” studio. I also asked another student a question & she was super friendly/helpful. This is my first month at CP & I love how the vibe is chill/kind, no matter the location!

I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 25-years and Core Power is by far the best yoga studio and experience. My absolute favorite instructor Iva brings more than great instruction but an overall spiritual and zen experience. ✨🙏🏻
