Patrick is an awesome teacher! He does a great job leading the class, bringing positive energy, offering alternative pose options to ensure all fitness levels were able to get the most out of the class.
The facility was SO COOL! Very neat, locker rooms were tidy and clean, and the instructors are all super welcoming. Christina's class was a BLAST. She had the entire class working in unison, good music. We will be back.

Mark B is an extremely skillful and thoughtful teacher.
He is inclusive to all levels of students and offers modifications in a kind and helpful way. He is always aware of the internal and external conditions and makes skillful modifications to class to accommodate this (ie - when it’s too “spicy”, he will modify things for our well-being)
He also has a great sense of humor and keeps things light, especially during the core section when we have gone from Cherry pickers to now Apple pickers keeping with the seasons.
