I love sculpt class! Wish some studios would bring back the 🚴 cycle classes. Highland park, mn had them and it was cardio add to workouts.

The yoga sculpt class was a great workout! Perfect pace and hit all the muscle groups. Teacher was smooth and gave directions that were easy to follow.

This place has been a big part of my life for he last 6 years. It honestly really changed everything for me, how I feel about myself and how I care for myself at a time when I needed a shift in direction. The instructors have truly made me feel part of the community and some I now even call friends. It has been especially fun seeing how they have welcomed my children as they have become adults and helping me to pass on the gift of this practice.

Love the classes!! Teachers are always amazing, helpful, respectful and terrific!
I do wish masks were required before/after class, and that there were “mask required” classes still, but I get it. I just don’t trust that everyone is vaccinated which is the only thing keeping me from attending more often. Don’t get me wrong!! That’s not your responsibility!! Just sharing my thoughts :)

I like that the rooms are heated and that there are showers in the locker room! I also appreciate the options for classes.

Loved the hot yoga session. I was scared at first because of the whole thought of it but it ended up being a mental challenge that’s I loved! The trainer was great and he didn’t criticize or make you feel stupid for not being able to do a certain move. I really appreciated that being that it was my first time ever trying hot yoga! I will definitely be back for more :)

Great instructors

Limiting the number of students per class works well. Classes were often over crowded pre pandemic. Made the experience MUCH less satisfying.
