I've enjoyed Mark's classes a great deal despite them being geared to yogis well beyond my abilities. Mark made me feel comfortable and answered questions kindly and with detail. The facility itself is great - big and bright - and parking is nearby and is free with validation.

So grateful to have Joy's 17+ years of experience and wisdom as a master teacher!

Keep the special yoga we attended Christmas Day and New Years day! It was a 90 min ying/yang session. We would definitely attend this if regularly scheduled. Mark is an awesome yogi as is Mike Bo.

I loved Mark’s 90 min C2 combined with core restore! I’ve been looking for a longer class sat or sund morning/afternoon.
Dylan is also a consistently great instructor with creative flows.

I want to specifically mention the recent 90 minute (CorePower 2 Core and Restore) classes held by Mark Ba on Thanksgiving 2023 and New Years Day 2024. These classes were very well attended ( Studio 1 was full) and offer an experience not available in other CorePower classes. Mark's carefully designed format combines so many of the elements that make yoga such a meaningful activity. Please consider adding more classes of this variety. Perhaps once a week on Saturday or Sunday?

I have been participating in the C1 classes. Each of the instructors teach consistently, yet with their own style and pace. I particularly love the heated C1 course with Grace O, on Tuesdays. She gives options based on the participants’ abilities and comfort level. I also love the way Euro challenges the group, and makes corrections to the poses during class as a helpful support.

I enjoyed the Hot Yoga class very much. The teacher is great - she is experienced and leads and paces the class in a very mindful way. The studio space is sizeable (compared to some other Core sites) .

I like that there are multiple types of classes to choose from. No matter which one I sign up for, I always leave knowing I got a good workout in. CorePower also offers a positive atmosphere and a welcoming community!

Euro was a great instructor! He made great suggestions on how to perfect my. form and offered practical modifications, while making me feel that I could go at my own pace. Would definitely take a class with him again!
