I have loved CorePower from the minute I joined back in the day. The teachers are all so unique and bring so much energy to my practice. The classes are perfect bc sometimes you're sore so you are able to do a lighter class and when you want to push harder there are higher level classes. On another level, when you want to refresh and rejuvenate you can do a class that is more meditative. Thank you CP!

The classes are great. As someone who has never done yoga like this before, it was fun and different and truly enjoyable. It's a fun way to get a full body workout. The teachers are fun and make class exciting.

It's such a nice studio. I love the spray bottles that are available to spray our mats before class. The locker rooms are very nice and such a great alternative to going home all sweaty!!

I recently bought a pair of yoga pants. I appreciate you have retail options, but they are not forced or take away from the actual purpose of the studio).
Your teachers are incredible. I enjoy the variety of approaches and different lenses with each teacher views the world. Their narration sets a tone for my practice and I'm always eager to learn more about their vantage point. I have been brought to tears in class a handful of times. While quietly on my mat, their message or reminder for the day often brings me to a raw, genuine place.
