I love the downtown location! And Mondays with Margot are the best way to start the work week.
The session on Tuesday 4/7 at noon was WAY OVER heated. I almost passed out and others had a hard time too. One person left. It wasn't a "hot yoga" session so not sure why it was so hot. I asked the instructor before the session to turn it down and she said she would. The heat kept coming on throughout the session.
