I love the atmosphere of the upstairs studio. I did attend a class this past Sunday in the morning with a new teacher that was a little more focused on heart openers which I did not love because my favorite thing about CorePower is building muscle strength and getting a great eworkout through yoga. That is the first class I have been to that I would not want to go back to.

I love the consistently excellent instructors I have learned from at Grant. Tom, Patricia, Melati and Lindsey are stars but the quality across the board is excellent.
