Kristen was absolutely amazing and made us feel totally comfortable being beginners in a very small class. Until 2 days ago, I was totally that girl that was really judge-y about yoga and even tried it 3 years ago at CorePower and hated it. Sorry! BUT, I realize now that yoga is exactly what I need. I decided to try it again because I have been looking for new ways to combat anxiety and was immediately hooked. Thank you Core Power + Kristen!

Quality instructors
Quality instructors and clean studios.
Too many sculpt classes crowding the schedule, not much variety. No one knows who the managers are anymore.
