Sales was amazing! Really amazing! The lack of service is where my problems arise. Yes they were willing to fix and did so however simple things like setting up a dist hitch was just frustrating. Road side came out very quick to fix however it turns out he stripped the bolts on the hitch and never even torqued the bolts. I did the fixes myself and feel confident that if I were to let 4 season know about the issues they would flake it right. I simply cannot keep waiting and just wished they set it up right the 1st time. Setup fee being 100$ seems a bit crazy for me in this particular case.
Staff is very friendly, helpful and informative. We’re also happy with the service they have to offer if we have any problems with the camper, nice to know they’re there if we need them. We traded in our motorhome for a Grand Design Reflection and can hardly wait to go camping to try it out. We loved the design and layout of it as it feels that there’s so much room inside. Beautiful camper. They are there to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase. We dealt with Matt M. and he was super to deal with as he always there to try and please us if he could and make sure we were happy with our purchase.

We purchased our new 5th wheel from 4 Seasons after we shopped around. Our model was very competitively priced. We are very happy with the service we have received. Have not had a lot of issues but when we have, the service has been really good. Any warranty issues dealt with quickly and on site wether at home or at our seasonal site. Thanks for taking care of us. Still enjoying the RV lifestyle.

Some beautiful campers available, there is something for everyone. I believe that the services are good as they have a fleet of service vans that will be available to go right to your site if needed. I just recently purchased my new trailer and don’t have it delivered to my site yet, but I am pleased so far with my sales representative,Matt McLean. The end to end experience buying a pre owned RV with 4 Seasons Virden was very smooth. We especially appreciated how the team walked through the unit with us explaining any features we weren’t familiar with. My husband appreciated that the team loaded up the unit while we were doing the walk through and signing the finance papers. We had our 3 young children with us and so appreciated how quick and organized everything was. Thanks guys, hopefully we will be trading up with you in a few years!

Matt seemed very knowledgeable when going through all the different campers and the walk through with Chris I felt was vary well done. went through everything on the camper that we needed to know, hopping i can remember most of it...ha, and the paper work side of the deal with Ashley went vary smooth and seeming less.

Service was great so far . Haven’t tested the product as of yet.Dealing with Four Seasons was so much easier and friendly than here in my city. We can’t believe the difference in contacting and keeping us informed. Gave us a price within a half hour whereas here we were told they wouldn’t know the price until it crossed the border.
