I liked the ease of dealing with the salesman right from the beginning. When we went to finalize the sale, the trailer was setup outside in front of the building heated up as it was cold outside so it could be demo'd to us. Finance was easy to work with and the parts team was great providing us insight to what was needed and what was optional when stepping into the world of trailer ownership.

I like everything 😌 easy to deal with, friendly, willing to go the extra mile.

What I'd like to say is that they have very capable, knowledgeable, well trained technicians that can figure out the problem and repair it in no time.
What I like is that you don't have to take your RV to their shop. They'll send a tech out to you, as long as you don't mind waiting when they'll be in your area.
