Knowledgeable staff, friendly not irritating sales staff. The fact that you send service to us instead of us having to bring the trailer into your shop. Purchased a Jayco, like the floor plan but workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Looked like the Reflection was put together better but the floor plan was not as suitable for our application.
