We are really pleased with the Road Service in every way.The people are great and the service is exceptional.We have always been satisfied with the sales dept and Finance dept.No problems with parts and service.The one thing we where unhappy with was all the problems that where not fixed before our last camper was delivered to us.PDI did not happen in my opinion.

I was very impressed with this smooth run business. I have never experienced 1st class service like this before. Everyone was happy to be working together- and I have no regrets.
There are other 'options' to buy at other places- is accessories, etc- but I highly recommend the service and professionals that install all the after market goods. Not only that, but it was smooth from the walk through to the extra buys in the parts dept.

I can't say I was impressed with anyone in particular- the sales, finance people made the process a pleasure too

Staff were very helpful. There was a lack of communication between the parts/service staff, but we got what we needed in the end, just had to make a second trip to Virden. The road service is awesome, and because you come to my campground on a regular basis, I didn't have to wait forever for warranty work on my used unit. The road service option is such a great benefit of being a four seasons customer. I will recommend you for that reason alone. I don't want to have to drag my unit to Virden for repairs :)

From the time we walked into your location in Virden we were treated like you really what and care about our business. This was from reception thru to our sale person and continue through your parts and service area. After our purchased a couple years ago we still get treated in the same fashion each time we deal there. It makes it easy to recommend you to others.
